A Navajo fable advises about the two wolves living inside us, and how often they are battling one another.

One is jealous, malicious, has envy in his soul, and a poor mindset. To him, everything is wrong, unpleasant. Believes that people are mean and the world is a bad place. So all that happens in this wolf’s life is negative. Then there is this other wolf that also lives inside you, full of love, compassion, empathy. He only sees good in people and in the world. This wolf is powerful and will motivate you to reach higher levels.

The two of them are in constant battle, and the winner will be: the one you feed.

How to find out which of the two you have been feeding?

Ask yourself:

When was the last time you made a great move?, had a great date?, made a sale?

When was the last time you had many happy days in a row?, when was the last time all things seemed possible?

If you continue feeding the wrong wolf, he will continue damaging your system and erode your confidence and you will hamper moving in the right direction. It is taking away the quality of life you deserve.
