The Leader.

A good leader is humble and has the ability to listen, is open minded and can see when there is a better way to do things. A leader has the ability to apologize when a mistake has been done, or to ask what can be done better.

A real leader accepts criticism and uses it to improve his performance, not as revenge. Can detach from the situation to see what is going on, because if the leader gets caught up in emotions is not able to read the other ones correctly.

Possessing the wisdom of anticipation the leader is aware before things happen. With the same dedication as he comands, he is able to train his body and his mind without burning himself out.

A leader is able to transform calamity into success.

That’s the reason why, humbleness and positive mindset are so important caracteristics of a real commander.
