Regreting.

In a life full of choices, there are always things people regret when is already too late. To be aware of them and to avoid them in your life, here there are exposed:

You have to live a life true to yourself. Have the courage to do so, because it sounds so cliche and at the same time it is one of the mistakes most performed. Trying to copy and live someone else’s life will make you miserable. People are only thinking about themselves, they do not care about you. Because every human being has inside a battle to fight.

You have to take it easy, one step at a time, do not work so hard. This mistake will bring you to pospone things, the vacations with your family, the relationship because you are too busy, marriage, children, you name it. All this will not be part of your life because you got no time, due to the so much work and your long wait for the perfect time. You will regret that.

You will also regret not expressing your feelings. Sometimes you are so involved performing your perfect image that you forget to show your feelings even to your loved ones. So after working for years and keeping yourself always serious you forget to show your true self, and at the end of your days no body will now how nice you really were.

Stay in touch with your friends, the ones which know you from a very young age, they usually have the power to bring you back to your simple happiness, the one that comes from memories, episodes lived and enjoyed together. Life carry us in full speed, and we of course meet always new people, but we all have the school friend who did easy things with us and brought always joy to our hearts.

And to finish, let yourself be happier. When you think you do not deserve to be happy you can stop yourself from being happy. That is a waste. Do not allow the opinions of others to become a part of you, be happy, don’t feel guilty for enjoying life.You can be whoever you allow yourself to be. Happiness is a choice.
